Two new incentives launched as LA gets ready for PACE

ATTENTION LA COUNTY CONTRACTORS: We have some news that will make you swoon in June. Starting on June 1, qualifying CaliforniaFIRST contractors operating in Los Angeles County will be eligible to receive cash incentives through our FIRST Rewards program for marketing this product to homeowners. The marketing incentive is based on the number of Signed Assessment Contracts (SACs) per company salesperson or per company that are submitted by June 30 for properties located in Los Angeles County only. The first SAC submitted in June by a company or salesperson will earn $250. Each subsequent SAC submitted by June 30 will earn an additional $100 each. There's no minimum amount needed to qualify and there's no maximum amount that you can earn. The marketing incentive begins June 1 and runs through June 30. Remember: only properties located in LA County (view the complete list of participating areas within the County) will qualify. The payments will be made by July 15, 2015. To qualify, sign an MOU and provide a list of salespeople who will be participating. The primary contact for fully approved companies will receive an MOU via DocuSign. Angelenos can use a little Cal-Cash!

Lights, camera, Cal-Cash! This popular incentive program provides cash back to Los Angeles County homeowners for projects financed by CaliforniaFIRST. Starting with our program launch in LA County on June 1 and running until June 30, 2015, all CaliforniaFIRST homeowners located within the participating areas in LA County who submit a signed assessment contract and complete a project in partnership with your company will receive:

A $250 incentive check for projects with minimum cost of $10,000 and max of $19,999 A $500 incentive check for any projects that cost more than $20,000

That's right, you can offer your customers a $250 or $500 rebate upon completion of their project - just for financing with CaliforniaFIRST. (The incentive will be paid at the time the projects funds.) There is no limit to the number of projects eligible for the incentive. There is a limit of one incentive per customer, however, regardless of the number of efficiency projects they apply for. To qualify for the incentive, a customer's financing documents must be signed by June 30, 2015 at 9 p.m. PST. We have a single-image coupon and a triple-image coupon that you can use for print-outs. Incentive Details: Contractor's eligibility for the incentive does not guarantee the customer's eligibility for CaliforniaFIRST financing or the incentive. Customer must be approved by the CaliforniaFIRST Program to receive the incentive. For the incentive, an "approved application" is defined by a CaliforniaFIRST Assessment Contract signed by your customer by June 30. Only projects that are completed and receive financing will get the incentive. Incentive will no longer be available beyond the Expiration Date on the Notice to Proceed for each project. All incentives will be paid directly to property owner(s) by check issued by Renewable Funding LLC. Checks will be disbursed approximately 10-15 business days after the Completion Certificate has been approved. Limit one incentive per customer, meaning a property owner(s) may receive only one incentive regardless of the number of project or properties. Renewable Funding LLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the incentive program at any time. Any applications approved prior to amendment or cancellation date will remain eligible for the incentive as currently described.
