In an effort to stay on top of how the pandemic is affecting the home and home improvement industry, we are asking for our contractors and customers to send us your stories. Our policy team will get your information directly to your representatives’ and senators’ offices. By telling us your story, we can put faces and names to those in our industry who are being impacted most by the pandemic.

Steps We Are Taking

Remote Support

We are increasing the offering of online training and meetings for all our contractors and their team via Zoom. If you’d like to schedule a sales or PACE training via Zoom, please let us know.

CDC Guidelines

We are monitoring information from the CDC, and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we are taking are in line with the latest guidance. We are communicating regularly with our employees to keep them informed to ensure their safety and that of our contractors.

Social Distancing

As a precautionary step, our employees are now working remotely, and we are practicing social distancing at in-person meetings, and at training with our contractors.

Our first priority remains to keep our employees, contractors, and customers safe and well-informed while doing what we can to help minimize the potential spread of the virus. Please know we are devoted to helping mitigate against possible adverse impacts from the virus and will continue working hard to provide the level of service you have come to expect. We will be sure to keep you updated if anything changes at Renew Financial.
